How to Connect a KTC Display to Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi on KTC smart-display products is usually connected during first-time setup, from a network settings screen, or from a home-screen shortcut. Choose the entry point that best fits your screen to get started. If these steps do not fit your screen, use the model links below for exact instructions.

Common places to connect Wi-Fi

First-time setup

Many smart products ask for Wi-Fi details during the first setup flow.

Try this:

  1. Power on the device and stay in the setup flow.
  2. Choose your network when the Wi-Fi list appears.
  3. Enter the password carefully.
  4. Wait for the device to confirm the connection.

If you skip the network step during setup, you can usually add Wi-Fi later in settings.

Network settings screen

If setup is already complete, Wi-Fi is often managed from the settings menu.

Try this:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Network, Wi-Fi, or a similar section.
  3. Turn Wi-Fi on if needed.
  4. Choose the network and enter the password.

If the network is not listed, refresh the page or move the display closer to the router for testing.

Home-screen shortcut

Some products provide a quick network or status shortcut on the home screen.

Try this:

  1. Open the quick panel, status panel, or top menu.
  2. Find the Wi-Fi item.
  3. Choose or reconnect to the network.
  4. Return to the main screen after the connection succeeds.

Quick panels are useful when the screen already knows the network but needs to reconnect.

If the steps above do not match your screen

Before going to the model list, try these quick checks:

  • confirm that your product actually supports Wi-Fi
  • check whether the router password was entered correctly
  • restart the display and router if the network keeps failing
  • check whether the product is too far from the wireless signal
